Shipping policy

Sip Culture ships coffee, tea, and made-to-order merchandise through fulfillment partners. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Free U.S. shipping applies to coffee and tea. Merchandise shipping is calculated at checkout. A mixed order may therefore have a merchandise shipping charge; the final amount appears before payment.

Coffee and Tea orders typically take 1–5 business days to prepare, followed by approximately 1–5 business days in U.S. transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Preparation and transit times for tea and coffee and made-to-order merchandise vary by item and destination. We send tracking when an order ships.
